Villa Arwana presents you a 4-bedroom villa in the midst of peaceful village in Umalas. Few pairs of small stairs as you pass through an ornate gateway. It descends to a flowing river with a delightful garden featuring a gentle waterway, decorative pond, stone carvings and various species of native flora. It is a calming environment where the elements of nature soothe the senses.

The building is differentiate into two main spots, two main building in Arwana. Both form left and right wing and appear as a two-storey living area throughout your stay in this villa. Each is respectively housing over the two bedrooms at this villa, where one wing with the living and the other with the dining. Pointing proudly to the manicure garden and infinity pool, is where you can find the main vocal points of Arwana as it serve many cozy place for you to have a lazy times alone or even a light hearted chatting with friends.

Accommodation

Living Area

Arwana divides your living interest into one pair of twin buildings. The left wing and the right wing respectively share each two bedrooms, one housing over the dining area while the other the living. Starting from your right is the spacious living where there are many convertible seating spot for you and family or friends gather here and have amusing chat while enjoying cool juice or fine tea. Enlighten the room is the air-conditioner and ceiling fans.  At the separate pavilion, the counter part of living is the dining area where there is an oversized dining table for 10 people. Completed this area is an open-plan kitchen act as the sanctuary for cook or chef to prepare the best of their skill for your taste bud as it has completed complete cooking facilities.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Each wing accommodates 2 bedrooms respectively. Both are almost mimicking each other in appearance. Two of them are downstairs with the remaining two located upstairs. All bedrooms are completed with king-size bed, private entertainment from flat screen TV with international channels; all are also facilitated with the comfort from air-conditioner attached. It was design to fit eight people comfortably. The first bedroom on both two-storey building can be approached from the living area through a sliding glass door. The two downstairs master bedrooms have direct access to the garden area and the pool of Arwana. The master comes with an indulging semi-open en-suite bathrooms and terrazzo tub.

The remaining two bedrooms are located at the upstairs area in each of the Arwana’s two-storey wings. Also with king-size bed, each upstairs bedroom completed with spa styled bathroom facilities and dressing alcove. The both of them also have open-air terrace elevated to take in the tranquil beauty of the garden below and glimpses of rice terrace in the distance. Each furnished with small table for alfresco dining, a built in sofa with scattering colorful cushions suit your lazy midday siesta. Yet, mostly delighting you in this upstairs balcony will be the luxury of having your cold water Jacuzzi beneath a traditional thatched roof.

Garden and Pool

Definitely charming you and your group while living in Arwana is the astonish garden with the belle private pool set in the midst of it. The infinity edge swimming pool at Arwana encompassed by timber decking and a pair of thatched gazebos provides you a shady spot to escape the heat or serve you the best site to read your favorite book. Several reclining loungers provided around the pool for you fully embrace the sun’s tropical warmth. Villa Arwana is located in the semi-rural village of Umalas, amidst the rice terrace and an intricate network of irrigation canals. The villa suit for holidaymakers or travelers who prefer peace and serene environment yet did not fully ignore the luxury of private home and easy distance to the island’s main spots. This four-bedroom property is around 10 minutes drive from the most sought after area in Bali, the charming and hyper city of Seminyak. Arwana also would not offer a stressful distance from the international gateway of the island since it will cost you around 30 minutes drive from Ngurah Rai Airport.
