Overlooking to the Indian Ocean, Babar living area is coming with dining area and immaculate fully equipped kitchen. Media room equipped by high quality entertainment facilities along with cozy reading corner to provide you leisure times in house. All of Babar bedrooms are blessed by majestic natural attractions while master bedroom is enjoying all direction of panoramic vista.

Living area

The living area of Babar placed downstairs to bring you the freshness of outdoor breezes onto your lounging times there. The open air living area is shaded by soaring roof with an upper gallery on either side. Ocean breezes are blowing this room to extend your talking session with friends. Large and cozy sofas are presenting the warmth of creamy color as it is completed by ottomans, a pair of carved coffee tables from Timor and a primitive Timorese wooden statue. The large open air living area is coupled dining area and kitchen which can be accessed through its three sides sliding glass doors.

The elegant design is creating semi alfresco dining experience for the guests with fabulous garden view. Private kitchen is placed nearby with an oven, five burner hob, fridge, wine cellar and everything else that the chef needs to prepare finest dishes. Entertainment room is available to perfecting your leisure times in Babar. Media room can be accessed through the living area via antique Javanese styled door. Cozy sitting is attached with a coffee table to greet you perfect movie times with a wide choice of music. There is also a billiard table and books collection for your fun times in-house. Powered by broadband internet access, you can connect your electrical devices.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Master bedroom is bringing the name of the villa to let you enjoy a king sized bedding for two. There is also a fitted sideboard and a desk with a wide window that looking at the lush of rice field and mountain view. The private bathroom can be accessed through a glass door to give you double refreshing shower, ‘his’ and ‘her’ washbasins and toilet. The rest of the bedrooms are guest bedrooms. One of them placed upstairs named Toraja.

Toraja coupled a king-sized bed with ocean view on its window. Stone pebble lamps are decorating the room with Indonesian artifact from Sulawesi. A dressing area is available to lead you to open-air bathroom. The bathroom is housing creamy surrounding with a tub for two, outdoor shower and twin washbasins. Third bedroom named Asmat as it placed on the ground floor with beautiful view of ocean. Asmat presents king sized bedding mode with a shelf and adjoining garden bathroom. The en-suite bathroom is featuring a huge bathtub, two washbasins and a walk-in shower for optional bathing mode.

Fourth bedroom is Dayak guestroom that is a spacious enough for family. Dayak completed by two king-size beds with the decoration of Dayak tribesmen. En-suite bathroom is appearing same facilities with ones on Toraja bathroom to greet you relaxing bath. The rest of guest bedrooms in Babar are The Agung and The Ganesha. Those guest bedrooms are placed in the single-storey wing that adjoining to the main two-storey building. Both bedrooms are completed by twin beds that can be converted into a king sized bedding. The bathrooms of those bedrooms are carefully arranged to scent natural bathing times with rain head shower, two washbasins and a toilet.

Pool and Garden

The gracious environment of the villa is perfecting by well-arranged garden. The garden is growing palms, colorful tropical foliages and the lush of flat green grass area. Private swimming pool is tempting the guests to do their afternoon laps with a huge Buddha statue to send peaceful and beauty in the same time. A helipad rests to another side while the majesty of Indian Ocean is just steps away from the garden.

The villa is around 90 minutes driving from international airport depending on the traffic and less than one hour’s driving to go to trendiest area in Bali, Seminyak. Seminyak had renowned of its exciting nightlife, boutiques, spas and a cluster of world’s class restaurants.
