Accommodation

Upon entering the main gate of Beatrice what welcoming you first is the spacious lawn with numerous tropical bushes arrange carefully at the villa. Classic building is towering at the end of the lawn, a 2-storey building housing over the 3 bedrooms accommodation, living, dining and kitchen area at Beatrice. There is also private swimming pool at one end of the lawn.

Living Area

Just like many villas following over Balinese style, the living area at Beatrice, where social chatting and warmth interaction usually takes place, is also adopting the open concept living. With fan soaring at the ceiling, along with the natural breeze, will refreshing this area completely. Furnished with cheerful colors adorning the soft and comfortable sofa, it is a perfect space for you to watch TV together with your group or merely enjoying nice teatime.

Close to the living is the dining and kitchen area of Beatrice. This open dining area facilitate over dining table seats for eight people. Flanked between the two bedrooms at Beatrice is not only the dining area only but also the kitchen area. It is completed with sufficient instruments to help you preparing simple meals at the villa.

Bedrooms

There are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms at Beatrice. Two of them, that are the guest bedrooms situated downstairs, the master is the single room situated upstairs. Both can be accessed through the dining area. The first guest bedroom is completed with four-poster bed, bedside lamps and antique wooden wardrobe. Another sliding door will give you unobstructed view over the pool and garden while another smallest sliding door will leads you to the bathroom of this room. Blue bathroom is the best expression to explain tiles, bathtub and washbasin that are fully touched with bright blue sky.

Another guest bedroom is close to the dining and living area. This room is furnished with twin beds and a wooden wardrobe. The bathroom also completed with bathtub and single washbasin but not like the blue bathroom, this bathroom is colored with creamy ambiance.

The last bedroom is the master bedroom and is the spacious one among the three. Accessing the room through petite wooden stairs at the living room is the four-poster bed rest in the midst of the room. This room has its own living corner with TV and bright color cushions and sofa adorning the area. One sliding door will show you the bathroom area, which is furnished with bathtub, standing shower and single washbasin. Another sliding door at bathroom area will reveal you the wardrobe area of this master. Here also you have straight connection back into the bedroom area.

Garden and Swimming Pool

It is spacious, full of tropical essences, and serene. Those you can describe with Beatrice’s garden. At one side of the garden is the private swimming pool at Beatrice. The lawn is perfect for the children to running around and having their playful time. Natural plants adorning the private wall of Beatrice just added tropical atmosphere in this villa.

Location

The villa located only a few meters away from Petitenget Stree. This outskirt of Seminyak area gives you closes distance to downtown Seminyak or any strategic place in Bali. Short drive to restaurants, shopping area and many choices of nightlife in town. The nearest beach is less than one kilometer away.
