Description

Villa Kubu with three bedrooms presents two types of private living under her wings. Villa 3 offers traditional styled three-bedroom villa while villa 16 tend to adopt modern design compare to other villas in this complex. Villa 3 shaded its accommodation behind thatched ceilings. This two storey building contains private living area, dining, western styled kitchen and an entertainment room in the second floor.

Villa 3 welcoming its guests by fertile private garden that flanked a private swimming pool in the middle. The tranquil swimming pool headed by thatched roof pool gazebo. Living area put traditional look on its stone floor with high ceiling with adjacent dining area and private kitchen. The first two bedrooms placed in the first floor while the third bedroom located in higher level with an access from living area via wooden stair cases.

Living area

Villa 3 welcoming its guests by high ceiling on its living area. It offers light and airy atmosphere within its open planned living. Under the coolness of ceiling fan, the living area housing two green day beds with simple wooden coffee table overlooking to the pool. Adjacent dining area displaying a teak dining table with six rattan chairs with Indonesian paintings and antiques decoration. Luscious meal time is cooled by outdoor breezes and ceiling fan in a classic nuance. Hidden away private kitchen gives tranquil meal time instead the crowded cooking time when the staff prepared your dishes. Kubu kitchen will be a great corner to cook with its complete cooking equipments.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

First two bedrooms put in the first floor; they are facing each other to flank a wooden stair case to the second floor. First bedroom in the left side enjoys double bedding mode with fresh white canopy and Kubu books collection in a simple book shelf in the corner. A LCD TV in front of the bed comes with DVD player and satellite channels for wide entertainment choices. Second bedroom in the right side has pool view with same comfort to the first one.

Giving air-conditioning coolness and ceiling fan, this room equipped by shelf, wardrobe and private bathroom with generous lounge, washbasins, oversized tub and rain head shower. Upstairs bedroom is featuring with upstairs living area to give you double bedding accommodation and nice private lounge. This third bedroom enjoys same comfort with others through its double bed and personal bathroom. The lounge comes with L-shaped red cushioned with a coffee table under a ceiling fan.

Swimming Pool and Garden

Private pool centered outdoor environment with traditional gazebo companion. The thatched roof gazebo offers breathtaking reading corner with Balinese styled-wooden hand-carvings wall as the background. Green mattress inside completed by scattered cushions. Some sun beds are displaying in the edge of the pool for sun bathing session amongst well-arranged tropical plants. It makes this area perfect for your BBQ party.

Villa Kubu located in vibrant area, Seminyak. This area contains fine dining venues, boutiques and shopping stops just in five minutes driving. Short walking distance gathering you to Bali’s popular beaches, night clubs and bars.
