Living Area

Entering the main gate at this villa, you will be directly leads you into the dining area of this villa. This elegant dining venue is adopting open plant design allowed natural breeze give natural breath in this area and cooling the pavilion is four ceiling fans attached here. The dining pavilion features a terrazzo floor and stone pillars supporting a vaulted wood-lined roof and is furnished with a solid wood table seats for 16 and a sideboard. A guest washroom leads off the dining pavilion and to one side is a pond carries the sound of water in motion.

Close to the dining and is accessed through a wooden door is the kitchen area of this villa. This is the chef asylum, a very commercial kitchen as it professionally equipped with stainless steel appliances. It has the most modern equipments and facilities for the chef at Lata Liana prepare numerous delicious cooking serve for you and your group holiday.

Goes through the fish pond from the dining or directly from the pool deck will lead you to the entertainment room and living area of Lata liana I. From the fishpond you will enter the TV room, an air-conditioned home theater room with Bose surround sound and 51 inch flat screen satellite channel TV. The room also comes with Blu-ray disc player and collection of 1,000 DVDs. There are three comfortable sofas where each of them enough for two peoples as well a large day bed sofa, which all crafted from the recycled wood of an old phinisi boat.

Entering the living area of Lataliana I can be done either going through the door at TV room or at the front where sliding glass door separated the living from the outside terrace. There is also another glass door at the back providing access to the bedroom area at Lataliana. The concept allowing you to totally shut all doors and fully embrace cool gust from the air conditioned and ceiling fan or open it fully. This elegant room is furnished with a baby grand piano, an oriental rug, and segmented sofas as well as daybed enough for ten. The twin rooms in another hand are located in separate pavilions across the pool. Accessed through a simple wooden door, those two stands side by side and both can be converted into one king size beds.

All bedrooms come with en-suite bathrooms, which are remarkably spacious. It completed with non-slip acid marble floors and fitted with twin washbasins, soaking tubs and monsoon showers that are open to the sky in private walled courtyards or garden.

Swimming Pool and Garden

Lata Liana I present you the privilege of having private holiday home for you and group only, a 25 meters free form swimming pool in the midst of manicured tropical garden. Three ancient frangipani trees have been transplanted around the pool deck together with unique relaxation gazebo. At the head of the pool, presiding over the garden is a second bale, featuring the ornately carved core on an antique timber joglo complete with trapezium-shaped roof. The site can be used as a wedding pavilion, a bar area or a dining venue.
