A classic tropical villa built when Bali villas started to gain their popularity about 8 years ago, Villa Quefas inherits the characteristic of its era, lush tropical garden and spacious lawn on ample piece of land. Its spaciousness makes it distinctly different from most other newer villas in the area.

Regardless of its age, proper maintenance makes the villa remains a decent place to stay and offers all modern comfort and amenities including air conditioning in every bedroom and running hot and cold water all bathroom.

The last but no least important side of Villa Quefas is its location. Located off Jalan Petitenget, the villa enjoys sufficient distance from the bustling nigtlife of downtown Seminyak to ensure peacefulness, but close enought to easily reach it when you want the heat. The beach is also easily reachable.

Accommodation

The two story building of Villa Cendrawasih houses a spacious master bedroom upstairs and two guest bedrooms downstairs. An open living and dining area adjacent to the downstairs bedrooms is surrounded by lush tropical garden, expansive lawn, and a large kidney-shaped swimming pool made of natural stone.

Living and Dining Areas

Upon crossing a fishpond right after entering the gate you will reach an open corridor with the two guest bedrooms mirroring each other on the right hand side. Between the two guest bedrooms is an open simple kitchen with sufficient equipment to cook daily meals.

Adjacent to the two downstairs bedroom is an open dining and living area. The dining area has a dinning table with 6 seats whilst the living area comes with lounging couches and TV set. Lush tropical garden with beautiful tropical flowers and folliages as well as a small soothing artificial fountain borders two sides of it. The remaining side is facing the swimming pool and decently manicured garden berdered by various  tropical plantations.

Bedrooms

The first guest bedroom downstairs has a canopied double bed and a sofa from which you can enjoy the garden view accross the terrace. Large windows and glass doors along two sides ensure that the views are not obstructed.

The second guest bedroom is simpler and slightly smaller with the first one. Offering large windows only on one side whist the other side only has small windows to maintain natural light, the double bed here is not canopied. An en-suite bathroom is available.

The master bedroom is located upstairs, accessible by a narrow staircase right next to the welcoming fish pond. The unbelievably ample space hosts a large canopied bed, a set of sofa, and a large working desk. In addition to an en-suite bathroom, the master bedroom also has a connected multi-function room which can be transformed into a study room, children bedroom, or whatever you may have in mind.

All the three bedrooms have a classic terazzo en-suite bathroom with large terazzo bathtub, wash basin, as well as running hot and cold water. A modern comfort in classic style.

Garden and Swimming Pool

In front of the L-shaped building is a large kidney-shaped swimming pool made of natural stone lined by wooden poolside deck. Across the swimming pool is expansive decently manicured lawn suitable for simple sport, children playground, or even a party. Surrounding the lawn is lush tropical garden with various tropical foliages and flowers.

Location

The villa is located only a stone throw away from Jalan Petitenget in the outskirt of Seminyak. Perfect distance to ensure peacefulness being away from the down town of Seminyak, strategic being close enough to reach all Seminyak has to offer in a short drive or a bit longer relaxed stroll. The nearest beach is less than one kilometer away.
