Main building is housing large living area with private kitchen facility while first two master bedrooms are placed in different level. Other guest bedrooms are placed in the guest houses to present you gracious double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Surrounded by tranquil ambiance of the garden, 18 meters swimming pool is just steps away from the main pavilion along with a line of sun loungers on the pool deck.

Accommodation

Living area

The living area of The Alir is placed on the ground floor of the main pavilion. Designed in open air architecture, this large area is enjoying blows of natural breezes and ceiling fans for your lounging times there. Comfortable sofa, two chairs and a coffee table are completing this room with local artifacts and artworks to present nice talking session with friends. In front wonderful view of the garden is completing your mealtimes in villa with a solid dining table for eight. Private kitchen is placed in the corner to bring you complete cooking equipments on its black marbled countertop. Mezzanine section can be accessed from living area through a stylish stair case. Air conditioned media room is placed in one side of the mezzanine behind a set of double doors. Under soaring roof specialty, this room furnished by comfortable sofas, ottomans, coffee table and a desk to face a set of sophisticated entertainment facilities. A projector has prepared to show your favorite movies and DVDs also numerous satellite channels.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

First two master bedrooms are placed in the ground floor of the main pavilion. Mirroring each other, master bedroom enveloped by antique doors on the warmth of wooden floor. Enjoying king sized bed comfort; master bedroom is providing tight sleep at night for two. Dressing area is attached with cupboards, large hanging space and mirror for your night-out preparation. It is leading you to private bathroom facility. Each bathroom is adjoining large terrazzo bathtub for your romantic soaking times and refreshing rain shower for your relaxing bath. Glass washbasin is featuring with toilet for your convenience.

Other bedrooms are placed in the bottom of the garden on two guest houses. Displaying the glory of Javanese architecture, the guest houses made by rebuilt Javanese wood houses. Enjoying same comfort, the guest bedrooms are preserving double bedding mode on its cocoon with picturesque view. Third and fourth bedrooms are placed in a two storey building under air conditioning breezes. Downstairs bedroom is placed within soothing sound of water feature with the warmth of Merbau wood and beautiful painting decoration.

Upstairs bedroom can be accessed from external stone steps that leading you to delightful bedroom with an ironwood deck ahead. Linking you to the bathroom, you will enjoy refreshing shower bath, single washbasin in a pedestal and toilet for your convenience. Last bedroom situated in the pool house building. It characterized by antique teak walls under shingle roof shade. Enveloped by antique doors, this house is promising spacious air-conditioned sleeping cocoon for two with large space for hanging clothes. Semi open air bathroom is attaching rain shower freshness for your relaxation session in room.

Pool and Garden

Bringing absolute facility of a private home, The Alir placed 18 meters swimming pool off the main pavilion. Using salt water filtration system, the pool is good for your health with a circular champagne plug pool. Ironwood pool deck is displaying a line of sun loungers and two romantic day beds for your afternoon siestas amongst outdoor breeze. A relaxation pavilion built in the back of the pool with cozy mattress and cushions under shingle roof for your private spa treatment in-house.

The Alir located on Sahadewa Street, Banjar Anyar, Berawa, Canggu to breathe the beauty of south western coastal area of Bali Island. International Airport is within 30 minutes driving from The Alir. It is just ten minutes driving from Berawa Beach which is renowned of its legendary sunset along with vibrant Seminyak area. A line of restaurants, bars and trendy night clubs are scattered around in Seminyak while private massage and spa treatments can be arranged in-house under professional arrangement of the villa staff.
