Chef Philip Mimbimi, who recently joined Hu'u Bar Bali and Nutmegs Restaurant as Chef de Cuisine has brought in modern Asian and global cuisine which emphasizes the best quality ingredients available in the island of Bali.
His new menu draws inspirations from previous postings in Montego Bay, Jamaica to Lake Las Vegas and numerous countries throughout South East Asia. Chef Philip promises not to sacrifice the authenticity or integrity our food which is presented in Nutmegs Restaurant.
Each dish that has been invented by Chef Philip indisputably features the flavors and textures that span the world with aphrodisiac rudiments which represent the Hu'u vibe.
Kitchen and Dining

Show kitchen offers a sneak peak of Chef Philip Mimbimi and his team at work as, they collectively and ritualistically craft out an impressive menu comprising over 30 different culinary master pieces from the freshest produce and ingredients.
The floor plan is designed toward high flexibility with our main dining room which can accommodate up to additional 40 customers; as such creating a relaxed ambience allowing a sense of natural movement between the spaces. Simultaneously one can also enjoy a great selection of Champagne at the small but elegant bar that services both areas.

Special arrangements can be made to ensure that the event is tailored to guests' needs, with an exclusive menu from Chef Philip Mimbimi and his team of capable staff. Our commitment is to making the occasion a smooth and memorable experience for our guests.
